Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. 

UK Orders

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.  For orders within the UK, your order will be delivered by Evri.  This is a tracked service and delivery usually takes around 2-4 working days. 

Your tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

 International Orders

At the moment we have paused shipping to Europe due to problems caused by Brexit.  

International orders are shipped by Landmark Global,  USPS or Parcelforce.  The typical period for delivery of products by this method is 7-14 days. Please be aware that there may be customs charges and import duties due on international orders.  We are not responsible for any of these charges

If an order cannot be delivered at the prices shown, we reserve the right to charge a different international charge. The case may arise, for example, when larger orders require larger, heavier or multiple boxes. We will contact you if this is the case.

Damaged Deliveries

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third-party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.

In the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged or faulty, please email us on along with photos of the damaged or faulty items, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.

 Other delivery information

Unfortunately we can not accept fault for non delivery where

- you provided the wrong address for delivery;

- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

- if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or

- if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
