Returns and Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your order but we completely understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. We do accept returns.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if you want to make a return by either emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, calling us on 07769 895147 or contacting us through our contact page
The following policies apply depending on the circumstances under which you would like to return your item:
Changed your mind
Please return your item in its original condition and packaging to us within 28 days of receipt. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of the return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you are in the UK, we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. The collection can usually be arranged Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 18:00.
If you would prefer to arrange the postage yourself, we suggest you use a trackable service and retain the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All goods must be returned unused and in perfect re-sellable condition (including original packaging).
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus the cost of postage.
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you but we do have to rely on third-party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.
On the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged, please email us at email@example.com along with photos of the damaged or faulty items as well as the outside packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs you may incur. In the event that the goods are damaged, we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. The collection can usually be arranged Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 18:00.
Faulty or Incorrect product
Our products are made with the utmost care and attention. If there happens to be a fault with the product or the incorrect product was sent to you by mistake please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos of the faulty or incorrect item within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return faulty or incorrect items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs you may incur. In the event that the goods are faulty or the wrong item was sent, we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. The collection can usually be arranged Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 18:00. Once we receive the incorrect or faulty product back we can either issue a refund or a new one will be sent out to you at no additional cost.
If the products never arrived
All items are sent via a tracked delivery service. If your items haven't arrived, please contact us and we will look into it with the delivery company. If the delivery company are able to provide proof of delivery then we will send you the proof that it has been delivered. In which case we will not be able to provide a refund. Please check with neighbours or other members of your household to see if they have taken delivery of your parcel. We will work with you to try and find it and it is very rare for items to go completely missing.
If your items have been lost by the delivery company then we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you
(where applicable). The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
