All refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.

Please read our refund policy for the following scenarios

If the products never arrived

All items are sent via a tracked delivery service.  If you items hasn't arrived, please contact us and we will look into it with the delivery company.  If the delivery company are able to provide proof of delivery then we will will send you the proof that it has been delivered. In which case we will not be able to provide a refund.  Please check with neighbours or other members of your household to see if they have taken delivery of your parcel.  We will work with you to try and find it and it is very rare for items to go completely missing. 

If your items has been lost by the delivery company then we will send you a replacement free of charge. 

Damaged on arrival

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you but we do have to rely on third-party companies to deliver your goods and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.

In the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged, please email us on hello@atticapress.com along with photos of the damaged or faulty items as well as the damaged external packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order.   In the event that the goods are damaged, we can provide you with a pre-paid MyHermes postage label. The collection can usually be arranged Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 18:00.  

Once we receive the incorrect or faulty product back we can either issue a full refund or a new identical item can be sent out to you at no additional cost.  **Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs you may incur

Faulty manufacturing, broken after use or wrong product sent

Our products are made with the utmost care and attention and we do our best to check everything carefully before it is sent out.  Unfortunately we are human and very occasionally make mistakes. If there is a fault with the product or the incorrect product was sent to you by mistake please email us on hello@atticapress.com along with photos of the faulty or incorrect item within 24 hours of receiving your order.   In the event that the goods are faulty or the wrong item was sent, we can provide you with a pre-paid MyHermes postage label to return it. The collection can usually be arranged Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 18:00.  Once we receive the incorrect or faulty product back we can either issue a full refund or a new one will be sent out to you at no additional cost.  **Please do not return faulty or incorrect items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs you may incur.

Changed your mind

Please return your item in its original condition and packaging to us within 28 days of receipt.  Please note that you will be liable for the cost of the return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.   If you are in the UK, we can provide a prepaid My Hermes postage label. The collection can usually be arranged Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 18:00.  In this case any return costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Alternatively, you can return your order at your own cost, but we’d suggest you use a trackable service and retain the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

All goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition (including original packaging) and remain in a re-sellable condition.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus the cost of postage within 28 days.
